The best thing I can say about this chain is that they have lots of tech stuff. The worst is that trying to get clear info about their support options is next to impossible. I have a lot of items being "supported" on their monthly Total membership. They recently changed from a monthly ($16) membership to a yearly ($199) membership. I was never contacted to explain this to me. If I switch to the yearly plan I lose all the support that I had for my other devices. This is only one of several complaints that I have of this chain. I may write about some of the others at a future date.

I went here and asked if the Dyson vacuums were unisex. They said they don't carry that brand here. I said I know but that didn't answer my question. They said they didn't know but they were still really nice.

This location is unethical and its parent company has no appreciation or idea how to treat a valued customer. I have spent thousands at this location and with best buy over the years. You cant call and get anyone from the store due to the fact best buy controls that through corporate , thats ridiculous in itself. They affected my credit score by almost 100 points in a bad way because a child at a register put me in a “rewards program” that i didn’t ask for and i have a witness to this conversation and how it occurred over an absurd amount, $20 ?? Really? If i was diligent i wouldn’t have caught the fact they were charging 9.99 a month for this and when i called basically i got the shaft . It was best buys corporate decision to lose my future business and not full-fill there commitment essentially over a $100 ..how idiotic buyer beware pc richard and others are better places who actually care about there consumer. I will continue to bash this horrible company for as long as it takes.

Shout out to Seth M., Brandon S., and Michael for the outstanding service they provided during my recent visit to Best Buy. They helped me purchase my new OLED TV and 4K Blu-ray player, and the experience couldn’t have been better. All three of them were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer every question I had, explained the differences between the products, and helped me choose the setup that was right for me without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a big difference and gave me confidence that I was making the right purchase.

I normally enjoy shopping at Best Buy, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I came in specifically to buy a headset for my son, something he has been excited about for weeks, and I expected at least a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up to help us. We waited in the gaming section for quite a while, looking around, trying to compare different models, and hoping an associate would notice we needed assistance. Several employees walked past without even acknowledging us. I even tried to make eye contact or signal that we needed help, but it felt like we were completely invisible. After standing there long enough that my son started getting frustrated, I asked an employee near the front for assistance, and even then, nobody ever came over. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t a busy holiday moment or a chaotic rush—there was no reason someone couldn’t take a minute to help us with a simple purchase. We ended up leaving without the headset, and my son was disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously. A little customer service goes a long way, and this time, Best Buy really fell short.
